Five Star Tours (FST) includes all food and one (1) beverage, however not responsible for gratuities or additional beverages at the restaurants.
Meals cannot be substituted, substitution will result in additional cost to client
We reserve the right to charge up to full fare for now shows or for cancellations within less then 24hour notice.
Refunds are not given dor delays or inability to safely travel due to weather or traffic changes.
If FST cancels a tour, full refunds or rain checks will be applicable.
We reserve the right to change our pricing and add a fuel surcharge.
FST is only responsible while passengers are traveling on its motor coach.
FST acts solely as an agent and does not assume any liability for any damage, injury, less, accident or delay due to any act or default of any other company or person engaged in transporting the passenger or rendering any other service, or carrying out the arrangement for any tour.
We are not liable for any items left on board the coaches.
Five Star Tours reserve the right to subsitute vehicles when needed such as when our tour participants numbers are high or low.
All tour times are approximate and are not to be taken granted. Tour travel times are subject to change depending on traffic, emergencies and other circumstances based on the situation.
The right is reserved to decline or accept any person as a member of any tour, cancel or alter the tour if circumstances require it or use leased equipment when necessary.
